摘    要:介绍了一种自行开发的双燃料汽车ECU控制参数调试系统。建立了电子控制单元与PC机之间的数据通信硬件系统。修改后的控制参数被存放在控制单元的EEPROM中。在PC机上用VB开发了调试程序。本系统在硬件和软件两个方面采取了措施,以保证通信准确、顺利地进行。模拟试验结果表明,其工作稳定、可靠,能满足在线调试的需要。将该调试程序移植至笔记本电脑中,可实现控制参数的随车在线调试。

Abstract:In this paper, a technique of control parameters on-line adjustment for the dual-fuel automobile ECU was developed. The communication hardware between the ECU and PC was built. The parameter modified by this foundation was saved in EEPROM. A VB program was developed for realizing parameters on-line adjustment in a PC. In order to ensure the data correct in transfer processing, many hardware and software measures were taken. The simulation experiment results show that this communication foundation is reliable and integrity, and that the demands of control parameters on-line adjustments of the ECU have been met. By exporting this on-line adjustment program to a notebook PC, the control parameter adjustment of ECU on a running car will be realizable
