摘    要:对永磁同步曳引电梯的垂直振动进行分析,建立系统动力学模型和公式,提出了新的系统刚度分配和激励力模拟方法。应用MATLAB软件进行求解得到电梯各部分的模拟振动数据,并根据理论模拟公式改进电梯系统刚度。将计算结果与现场电梯试验数据进行比较,取得了较好的一致性,达到了改进振动情况的效果。

Analysis and Improvement on Vertical Vibration of Elevator with Permanent-magnet Synchronous Traction Drive
Abstract:The paper presents an analytical study on permanent-magnet synchronous traction drive elevator and builds dynamic modeling equations. In this study, it is proposed that a new means of distributing system stiffness coefficients and a simultaneous means of disturbance. MATLAB software is applied for numerical analysis on every part of elevator and resolves simultaneous vibration. Based on the equations above, elevator system stiffness is improved. Both before and after improvement vibration data are computationally and experimentally obtained and are in good agreement. It achieves the goal of improving elevator vibration. The results of study can be used to predict operating performance of elevator with different system stiffness. It is useful in studies related to performance improvement, optimization and treatment with high-speed elevator's vibration and noise.
