| 摘 要： | 介绍了国产40000m^3／h空分装置的仪表配置，如EJA变送器、铂热电阻、调节阀、分析仪等。DCS系统采用了Emerson公司的DeltaV系统；说明了在DCS中实现的主要控制功能，如空压机组的性能调节、防喘振控制、分子筛的顺序控制等；分析了试车时出现的问题，并提出改进的方案。本套装置自投产以来运行安全，控制系统具有先进性和可靠性，配置是值得推广的。

| Abstract: | The instrument configuration of 40 000 m^3/h air separation device made in China is presented. It includes instruments such as EJA transmitters, Pt thermo-resistance, regulating valves and analyzers, etc. while the DeltaV system produced by Emerson is adopted in DCS system. The main control functions realized in the DCS system are expounded. The functions include the performance regulations of the air compressors unit, anti-surge control, sequential control of molecular sieve, etc. For the problems occurred in trial operation, analysis was given and improving strategies were proposed. The device features safe operation, the control system possesses advancement and reliability, so the configuration is worth to be propagated. |
