阜阳市农灌区浅层地下水安全开采量评价

摘    要:针对阜阳市农灌区水文地质条件和浅层地下水运动特点,建立区域浅层地下水多年调节计算模型,通过调节地下水开采量使调节计算末期地下水位埋深能够恢复到起调埋深,达到多年水均衡,得到阜阳市浅层地下水安全开采系数与安全开采量。1956—2010年长系列的计算结果表明,阜阳市多年平均浅层地下水总补给量为17.856亿m3,安全开采系数为0.469,安全开采量为8.374亿m3;结合以农灌区为主的阜阳市用水过程特点,采用等比例法对浅层地下水安全开采量进行年内分配,确定了阜阳市浅层地下水的年内逐月安全开采过程。

Abstract:According to the hydrogeological conditions and characteristics of groundwater movement of agricultural irrigation area in Fuyang City, China, this paper proposed a regional long-term combined regulation model of shallow grandwater. By regulating the groundwater exploitation, the depth to water table at the end could be restored to the beginning, achieving the long-term balance. Then, the safe exploiting coefficient and the safe exploitation quantity are obtained. The results based on a long series(1956-2010) show that the average total recharge of shallow groundwater is 17.856×108m3, the safe exploiting coefficient is 0.469, and the safe exploitation quantity is 8.374×108m3. Combining with the water using characteristics of agricultural irrigation area in Fuyang City, the method of equal proportion is applied to calculate the annual distribution of the safe exploitation quantity of shallow groundwater. Finally, it is determined the monthly safe exploiting processs of shallow groundwater within one year in Fuyang City.
