注浆新工艺在铜录山矿帷幕工程中的应用

摘    要:铜录山矿在治理矿区地面塌陷及地下水截流中,采用了帷幕注浆技术。针对该矿典型动水注浆的特点,在工程中应用了一些新的注浆工艺。在防止浆液流失、控制浆液扩散范围及溶洞含砂层水泥注浆等方面的研究,均获得成功。所采用的水泥—水玻璃双液注浆、海带堵漏以及钻杆注浆等项技术,经室内试验及现场工业性试验,均获良好效果。这些新工艺的应用成功,使帷幕注浆技术水平进一步提高,为解决复杂地质条件的大水矿山防止地表塌陷及减少矿坑涌水量,提供了切实可行的方法。

Abstract:Curtain grout technology was used in the project of surfaca subsidence control and ground water cut-off in Tonglushan mine. Considering typical grout characteristics under dynamic ground water new grout technologies were used in the project, prevention of liquid loss, control of liquid diffusion area and grouting sand layer in karst all have succeeded. Such technologies as cemant-sodium silicate double liquid grouting used, leakage sealing with kilp and grouting through drill stem obtained good results in the laboratory and field experiments. Successful applicatron of these new technologies further increased technical level of curtain grout and provided practical and effective methods for prevention of surface subsidence and reduction of water flow rate in a big water flow rate mine under complicated geological condition.
