| 摘 要： | 交易决策系统是电力市场技术支持系统的核心，分析了发电侧电力市场交易决策系统的业务流程和数据特点，以模块的低耦合高内聚性为基础，建立了决策系统的功能结构，最后给出了决策系统的数据流图，设计了系统的数据库结构。
