| 摘 要： | 采用伪邻近点法，对薄膜磁致伸缩系数测试试验中得到的不同性质的测试数据分别进行处理，发现它们具有确定性的特征，从而可得测试中异常状态基本由系统本身引起，这样通过调节及改进测试系统就能减小其影响，得到较为可靠的光点位移数据。

| Abstract: | The false neighbor method is used to analysis different kinds of test data of film magnetostriction.The analysis results show that all the abnormal data have the similar characteristic,which implies they are resulted from the measurement system itself.So credible data can be obtained by adjusting and improving the measurement system. |
