摘    要:以N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)和马尾松漂白硫酸盐浆为原料,制备出纤维素/NMMO/H2O溶液,并以纤维素/NMMO/H2O溶液为原料,采用程序降温反相悬浮技术制备球形纤维素珠体,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定成球优化条件为:纤维素/NMMO/H2O溶液的纤维素质量分数为8.0%,含水率为15.8%,以变压器油为分散相,油∶溶液(V/V)=4∶1,Span80作为分散剂,用量为纤维素/NMMO/H2O溶液的1.5%,搅拌速度为300 r/min。在上述条件下可制得粒径分布在0.45~0.20 mm占70.0%以上的球形纤维素珠体。

Abstract:Cellulose/NMMO/H2O solutions were prepared with the raw material of bleached kraft pulp of Masson pine and N-methylmorpholine-N-Oxide(NMMO).Then the spherical cellulose beads were prepared by applying solution of cellulose/NMMO/H2O and sequential cooling reversed-phase suspension technique.Their particle size distribution was comprehensively studied during the preparation process by orthogonal and signal-factor experiments.The optimum operating conditions included 8.0% of the mass content and 15.8% of water content of the cellulose/NMMO/H2O solution,transformer oil as disperse phase,4∶1 of volume ratio of oil and solution,Span 80 as disperse agent,1.5% of the disperse agent dosage and 300 r/min of the agitation speed etc.70.0% of the mass percent of the spherical cellulose beads with particle size ranging from 0.45 mm to 0.20 mm could be obtained under the above optimum conditions.
