摘    要:介绍了模具曲面数字化磁力研磨加工的原理和特点,针对曲面磁力研磨加工中各部分研磨量不均匀的问题,分析了影响曲面研磨量的主要因素,提出了从磁粒选择、磁极形状和研磨轨迹等方面控制研磨量的方法。

Abstract:The principle and characters of digitized MAF for machining mold & die surface are introduced. Aiming at the problem of material removal uniformity on the surface in MAF, the main affecting factors on the material removal are analyzed. The methods are presented to control material removal by selecting magnetic abrasive, tool and finishing paths etc.
