真空断路器弹簧操动机构的机械特性与可靠性

摘    要:章对真空断路器弹簧操动机构的机械特性进行了理论计算,得到了弹簧机构在无故障情况下的正常分闸速度特性曲线,计算结果与实测曲线吻合较好;同时,章还计算了弹簧机构在主要故障点发生故障情况下的故障分闸速度特性曲线。通过将实测的故障分闸曲线与所计算的理论故障曲线进行对比,可以快速确定故障发生点.为实现断路器机械特性的在线监测、故障诊断以及状态维修提供理论基础,从而为提高断路器的可靠性提供了新的理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanical characteristics of spring operating mechanism of vacuum circuit breaker was calculated theoretically and the normal tripping speed curve was obtained when spring mechanism was operated under unload condition. The calculation results had good coincidence with the real testing results. And at the same time, the fault tripping speed curves were calculated assuming that some components of the spring operation mechanism were in fault. Through the contrast of real testing fault tripping speed curves and the calculated curves in this paper, the fault position can be confirmed quickly. The calculation results are the theory basis for the circuit breaker' s on - line monitoring, fault diagnosis, condition maintenance. With the calculation, a new principle is applied for the reliability of circuit breaker.
