新型振动振荡建筑夯实机的研制

摘    要:目前国外振动平板夯的振荡器主要由两轴和三轴结构组成,不仅结构复杂、功能少,且价格昂贵;国内目前仍以使用蛙式夯为主,技术落后,击实效果差,经常导致安全事故发生。新型振动振荡建筑夯采用单轴双回式振荡器,从根本上解决了夯实机的差切力大、振幅小、无振荡波以及功能少等一系列缺点,击实效果显著提高。

Abstract:The vibration plate rammer of overseas is composed by two or three axles generally, the structure is complex and a few of functions. The frog rammer in backward technique is still be used mainly at home and the security accident occurred frequently. The single axle and double cycling type of oscillator are used for the new type of vibration and oscillation rammer. As a result, the problems of large sheafing force , small amplitude of vibration, non-vibration wave, a few of functions and so on of former compactor were solved fundamentally , the compaction effect is enhanced remarkably.
