稠油热采井补砂工艺技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对胜利油田稠油热采井开发实际,根据稠油热采井补砂技术的基本原理,分析了防砂后期存在的问题,提出在原防砂管柱的基础上对地层及筛套环空应用补砂技术。补砂后形成高效挡砂屏障,弥补了地层亏空,提高了近井地带的渗透率,避免了捞出防砂管柱再次进行防砂的繁杂工序;同时挤入地层的大量砾石在弥补地层亏空的同时,也缓解了地层能量的损失,减少了套管受到的轴向压力,间接保护了套管不受损伤。该项技术通过在400余口热采防砂井上应用,取得了显著的效果,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Sand injection technology can be applied to reservoir and screen-casing annulus with the original sand control string in accordance with the practical problems of heavy oil thermal recovery wells in Shengli oilfield.
