摘    要:近年来输电线路舞动事故频发,严重威胁着电网的安全运行。为了达到提前预警、及早防范的目的,降低输电线路舞动对电网安全运行的影响,提出了基于风险系数的输电线路覆冰舞动预警方法。文中通过关联历史舞动样本和气象数据,分析了影响舞动的气象条件,在此基础上提出涵盖风速、舞动持续时间等参量的风险系数以表征输电线路舞动风险,根据实际生产需求划分出不同的输电线路舞动风险等级并建立覆冰舞动预警模型。采用河南电网历史气象资料进行了验证,证明了模型的有效性。

Abstract:In recent years,accidents caused by the transmission line galloping have occurred frequently,which seriously threatens the safe operation of power grid.In order to realize the early warning and prevention of transmission line galloping,which could reduce the influence of transmission line galloping on the safe operation of power grid,an early warning method based on risk coefficient is proposed.The meteorological conditions which influence galloping are analyzed by associating historical galloping samples with meteorological data.On this basis,a risk coefficient covering wind speed and time of galloping is proposed to characterize galloping risk of transmission lines.According to the actual production demand,different risk levels of transmission line galloping are classified.Then an early warning model of iced transmission line galloping is established.The effectiveness of the model is demonstrated by using historical meteorological data of Henan power grid.
