复合绝缘子高温硅橡胶老化现象分析及评估方法研究

摘    要:复合绝缘子伞裙护套材料由高温硫化硅橡胶制造而成,硅橡胶在长期运行中的老化状态对于复合绝缘子的整体性能有着重要的影响。为了研究复合绝缘子伞裙护套材料在长期运行中的老化情况,文中对北方某地退出运行的复合绝缘子进行取样,选取典型复合绝缘子伞裙护套样品的表层和内部进行对比分析。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析、X射线衍射分析、热失重分析等分析手段研究了高温硫化硅橡胶老化前后的有机官能团、元素比例和价态、微观形貌、微观结构等方面的变化,并采用统计学方法建立了高温硫化硅橡胶“有机成分”与其运行年限的定量关系。为复合绝缘子的寿命预测提供了一种可行的表征手段。

Abstract:High temperature vulcanized(HTV)silicone rubber is the main material of sheath and sheds of composite insulator and its aging condition could greatly influence the operation condition of composite insulators and overhead transmission line.In order to study the aging condition of sheds and sheath material of composite insulators after longterm operation,tests and measurements have been conducted on both external and internal part of typical insulator specimens.In this paper,material analysis methods such as FTIR,XPS,XRD and TGA have been conducted and changes of organic functional group,element content,micro appearance and structure have been revealed.Based on statistical methods,quantitative correlation between HTV silicone rubber’s organic content and its service time has been established,which provides a possible way to assess the operation condition of composite insulators.
