摘    要:合闸凸轮作为高压断路器弹簧操动机构的核心零部件,其轮廓曲线直接决定着断路器的机械特性。传统的合闸凸轮设计方法是依据断路器合闸行程曲线,反推出凸轮的轮廓曲线。这种方法设计出的凸轮存在动力特性无法准确匹配负载特性、轮廓曲线需要反复试验修正等不足。文中阐述了一种合闸凸轮的优化设计方法,根据该方法设计出的合闸凸轮,动力特性与负载特性匹配性好,输出效率高。最后通过仿真验证和样机试验,证明了该优化设计方法的可行性。

Abstract:As the core component of spring operating mechanism of a high-voltage circuit breaker, the closing cam's contour curve directly determines the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker. In the conventional design method of the cam, the cam's contour curve is derived reversely according to the closing stroke curve of circuit breaker. However, the closing cam designed by this method contains the defects that the cam's dynamic characteristics cannot accurately match the load characteristics, and its profile curve needs repeated tests and modification. In this paper, an optimum design method of closing cam is proposed. The closing cam designed with the proposed method has good dynamic characteristics and high output efficiency. Simulation and prototype test verify the feasibility of the optimum design method.
