高压电气用壳体翻边工艺过程分析及翻边口精度提升

摘    要:文中针对气体绝缘金属开关设备用翻边壳体翻边口尺寸超差,在较大翻边比的厚板壳体上尤为突出的问题,选择一种典型壳体,采用数值模拟技术,解决上述问题。通过研究表明:塑性成形模拟技术能够较准确地实现翻边现场状态,其翻边口尺寸、形状、应力应变、载荷变化与实际加工吻合;经分析主要有3个因素会影响翻边口尺寸,即筒体与模具的对中,翻边预孔尺寸和模具工作带的尺寸,其中模具工作带的形状和尺寸对翻边口精度提升起重要作用。通过模拟确定模具最佳工作带尺寸,并通过加工验证,成功解决了壳体翻边口尺寸超差的问题,提高了壳体质量和加工效率。

Abstract:In this study, one typical shell and numerical simulation technology is used to solve the problem that the size of flanging mouth in the shell of gas insulated metal switchgear is out of tolerance and much more serious in the thick shell. The results show that the plastic forming simulation technology could accurately achieve the flanging process, with the flanging size, shape, stress, strain and load change etc. agreeing well with the actual processing. It is found that there are three key factors influencing the results, including centering between cylinder and mould, pre hole size and dimensions of the working belt, in which the last two are crucial. Finally, the optimum working belt size is determined by simulation and verified through the actual process, which successfully solves the oversize problem in flanging. The processing quality and efficiency could be improved.
