匝间短路状态下干式空心电抗器电感量的分析

摘    要:针对干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘故障,采用磁矢位法对故障状态下空心电抗器电感量进行了分析。在分析过程中,考虑到故障线圈中环流所形成的磁场对干式空心电抗器电感量影响下,得出故障状态下干式空心电抗器电感量计算的精确解析表达式。在此基础上,利用电磁仿真软件MAGNET对干式空心电抗器磁场及故障线圈环流进行仿真分析,并对相同故障状态的电抗器进行不同频率下的电感量测量。由仿真和测试结果表明:故障线圈环流对干式空心电抗器电感量影响较大,其影响随着频率增大而增大,最终趋于稳定,这与故障状态下干式空心电抗器电感量计算表达式分析结果一致。由此可见,所推导的故障状态下干式空心电抗器电感量计算解析表达式可用于工程实践。

Abstract:In this paper,the inductance of the air-core reactor is analyzed by using the magnetic vector potential method in the case of dry-type air-core reactor inter-turn insulation failure.In the process of analysis,taking into account the influence of the magnetic field caused by the current in the fault coil to the inductance of the dry-type aircore reactor,the exact analytical expression for the inductance calculation of the dry-type air-core reactor is obtained.On this basis,the electromagnetic simulation software MAGNET is used to simulate the magnetic field of the dry-type air-core reactor and the coil current of the fault.The inductance of the same fault state is measured at different frequencies.As demonstrated by the simulation and test results:the current of fault coil has great influence on the inductance of dry-type air-core reactor,the effect increases with the increase of frequency,finally tends to be stable,and it’s consistent with analytical expression for the inductance calculation of the dry-type air-core reactor.Therefore,the deduced analytical expression of the inductance calculation of dry-type air-core reactor under fault condition can be used in engineering practice.
