摘    要:针对风速的随机性和间歇性给大规模风电并网电力系统的在线实时调度带来的困难,文中提出了一种基于耗散功率转归分量的含风电场电力系统有功实时调度方法。利用耗散功率分量理论推导出风电机组、常规机组与负荷之间的响应关系,从而计算出负荷功率对发电机出力的灵敏度,根据灵敏度信息确定实时调度中参与调整的常规机组的功率调整因子,以及时补偿风电输出波动而产生的功率过剩或缺额;并在一个在线调度周期内,利用机组与负荷之间的响应关系建立了以系统总有功网损最小为目标,计及线路阻塞管理以及风电场有功和无功功率关系约束的实时优化调度模型。最后利用接有风电场的IEEE9节点和IEEE30节点系统对文中所提模型进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证了所提方法的合理性和正确性。

Abstract:Randomicity and intermittence of wind speed make large-scale wind power integration power system dispatch difficult.An active power real-time scheduling method for wind power system based on the dissipated power component is proposed.The response-relationship between the wind turbine generators,conventional units and the loads are derived by using the theory of dissipation power component.And the sensitivity of load power to generator output is calculated.According to the sensitivity information,the power adjustment factors of the participated conventional units are determined in real-time scheduling to compensate the surplus or shortage of power which is caused by fluctuations of wind power output;And in an online scheduling cycle,a real-time optimal scheduling model which takes the minimum total active power loss as the objective function and considers the congestion management and the relationship between the active and reactive power output of the wind farm is established.Finally,the model is applied to analyze of IEEE9-bus and IEEE30-bus system including wind power generation,and the simulation results show that the proposed method is reasonable and correct.
