摘    要:法向恢复系数对计算GIS中金属颗粒的运动具有重要影响。基于球形金属颗粒与电极的法向碰撞物理过程,提出了碰撞时法向恢复系数的计算方法,实验验证了该方法的准确性。在此基础上,研究了球形金属颗粒直径、初始碰撞速度对法向恢复系数的影响规律,结果表明:颗粒直径对法向恢复系数基本无影响;随着初始碰撞速度的增大,法向恢复系数减少,并指出由初始碰撞速度增大引发的塑性形变能量损耗占整个碰撞过程总能量的比值增加是导致法向恢复系数减少的原因。为满足金属颗粒运动研究需求,给出了铜球、不锈钢球、铝球分别与铜电极、不锈钢电极、铝电极碰撞时的法向恢复系数与初始碰撞速度之间的经验关系式。

Abstract:Normal restitution ,coefficient has important influence on the calculation of movement of metal particles in GIS.Based on the normal collision physics process between spherical metal particles and electrode,calculation method of normal restitution coefficient of collision is proposed.The accuracy of this way is verified by experiment. And on this basis,diameter of spherical metal particles and rule of the influence of initial impact velocity on normal restitution coefficient are studied.The results show that the particle diameter has no effect on normal restitution coefficient basically;with the increase of the initial impact velocity,normal restitution coefficient decreases,which is caused by the increase the ratio of the total energy in the collision process when the increase of initial impact velocity leads to the energy loss of plastic deformation.To meet the demand of metal particles movement research,the empirical formulas between normal restitution coefficient and initial impact velocity when copper,stainless steel and aluminum ball collides with their corresponding electrodes are listed.
