合闸弹簧疲劳状态下高压断路器弹簧操作机构应力分布及动力响应研究

摘    要:弹簧操作机构是高压断路器的关键部件,其分合闸动力来源于分合闸弹簧,因此分合闸弹簧的疲劳状态对操作机构整体应力分布及动力响应影响巨大。用Pro/E对CT14型高压断路器弹簧操作机构进行总体建模,考虑主要元件连接及动力传递关系对所建模型进行合理简化,并应用HyperMesh有限元分析软件进行仿真分析,探究在合闸弹簧疲劳状态下弹簧操作机构各敏感单元(扇形板、分闸弹簧、拐臂、传动杆)应力分布变化情况及合闸动作响应变化情况。最后设计合闸弹簧疲劳状态下的弹簧操作机构敏感元件应力检测实验,结合实验数据对所建仿真模型及所做仿真分析的准确性进行验证。分析结果可为CT14型弹簧操作机构的优化设计、运行状态监测等提供参考。

Abstract:Fatigue state of the closing spring of a high-voltage circuit breaker's spring operating mechanism has great influence on whole stress distribution and dynamic response of the spring operating mechanism. A complete model of the spring operating mechanism of CT14-type high-voltage circuit breaker is built by Pro/E. Then, the model is simplified reasonably by considering the connection of main components and power transmission. And the finite element analysis software HyperMesh is used to simulate the stress distribution and dynamic response of the spring operating mechanism's sensitive components in fatigue state of the closing spring. In addition, the accuracy of the model and the model-based analysis is verified by the experimental data. These analysis results may be taken as a reference for the optimum design and operating state monitoring of the spring operating mechanism of CT14-type highvoltage circuit breaker.
