摘    要:客观合理地评估断路器运行状态是提高设备运行可靠性、保证电力系统安全稳定运行的重要手段。通过将真空断路器评价标准处理为理想区间数概念,提出了基于组合赋权思想的理想区间法来评估断路器状态。首先针对单一赋权方法的局限性,采取基于灰关联度思想的改进方法确定指标主观权重,基于数据变异度的熵权法得到客观权值,同时引入矩估计理论建立二者偏差最小的规划方程组以求出指标最优组合权重;再运用多目标决策的理想区间法计算待评样本与标准理想区间的距离值,倒代换归一化处理后根据择近原则得出断路器评估等级。算例表明,该方法有效可行,适合供断路器进一步维修工作指导。

Abstract:Evaluating circuit breaker operation state objectively and reasonably is an important approach to improving its operation reliability and ensure the safe and stable operation of power system. In order to evaluate the operation state of circuit breaker, an ideal interval method and combination weighting approach is proposed by treating the evaluation criterion as ideal interval number concept. Firstly, considering the limitations of a single weighting method, the subjective weights are determined by using improvement method of gray correlation degree and the objective weights are determined by using entropy method. On this basis, the method of moments estimator is introduced in order to obtain the optimal combination of subjective and objective weights through solving the minimum deviation optimal function. Then in the proposed method, the distance between the evaluated sample and the standard ideal interval is calculated by means of ideal interval, and the evaluation level of circuit breaker is determined according to the principle of selecting nearest after the distance value gets inverted substitution and normalization. Finally, the cases are presented to verify the feasibility and validity of this proposed method, and it is suitable to provide guidance for the further maintenance work of circuit breaker.
