| 摘 要： | 全球能源互联网(GEI)是一项史无前例、错综复杂的巨系统和大工程,为有效指导GEI研究和建设,亟须开展相关标准体系的建设工作。科学有效的标准化方法是开展GEI标准体系建设工作的基础和保障。从GEI标准体系建设需求入手,提出了标准体系与综合标准化纵横结合,采用自制定与超前标准化局部补充的GEI标准化方法,为GEI标准体系建设工作提供了有效的方法约束。通过分析影响GEI标准化系统质量水平的各项因素,建立了一套标准化系统综合评价指标体系,依据该评价指标体系提出了基于信息熵的标准化系统质量水平综合评价方法,并通过简化算例进行验证,为定量分析和评价标准化系统质量水平提供了科学有效的手段。
