南通洪港水厂水源地水质安全性分析

摘    要:从水源地环境承载能力、区域污染源及事故溢液对水源地影响等方面分析洪港水厂水源水质安全性。研究认为,洪港水厂水源地所处水功能区具有较大的水环境容量,区域入江污染源对水源水质影响较小,各类石油化工品装卸码头潜在的装卸溢液事故对水源水质安全构成了威胁。指出洪港水厂必须建立、落实相应的应急措施,规避及减缓此类风险事故造成的重大危害。

Abstract:The water quality safety in source area of Honggang water plant was analyzed according to the influence of carrying capacity of environment,pollution sources,and spill accidents in the source area.It is concluded that the water environment capacity is large in the water function region.Pollution sources into the river have little impacts on water quality,while the oil spill accidents in the petrol products loading wharf are threatening the water quality safety.Emergency measures should be put forward and adopted to alleviate and avoid the harms caused by risk accidents.
