基于组件的可定制车间生产管理系统开发平台研究

论述了车间生产管理系统及组件技术的发展，建立了车间管理系统组件体系模型，构建了可定制的车间生产管理系统通用集成开发平台。研制成功了基于组件的车间生产管理原型系统，实现了系统的快速定制化。根据企业的实际需求提出了一种基于遗传算法的任务调度算法模型，在原型系统基础上快速定制了车间生产管理系统，并在该单位得到了应用。

A Workshop-Manager System Based on Component

We aim at a workshop-manager system that overcomes a certain defect in the workshop-manager system of SAP company or ORACLE company(this defect is that their systems are not completely adaptable to the management of the manufacturing cell under conditions prevailing in China)and provides a scheduling algorithm base that is lacking in the results of much Chinese research~().Different from SAP's or ORACLE's system,the workshop-manager system based on component developed by us is fully adaptable to the conditions in China.In this paper,we establish the structure of our workshop-manager system;our system structure includes 5 layers: application soft layer,shell component layer,sustaining component layer,core component layer,virtual database layer.In this paper,we establish our workshop-manager system's platform which includes three bases: standard component base,current component base and scheduling algorithm base.Xi'an Engine Company has utilized our workshop-manager system in their management of manufacturing process and found it effective..
