| 摘 要： | 大学生生涯规划团体心理辅导以斯温生涯规划模式、帕金森职我匹配模式为指导，形成生涯规划团体心理辅导的三棱锥形理论模式，通过四步曲操作模式来进行团体心理辅导，其基本流程包括确立主题、选择内容、制定方案、实施方案等。

| Abstract: | This group counseling pattern of college students' career planning is guided by Swain's pattern of career planning and Parkinson's theory of Human Job Match. It forms a Rhizoma sparganii cone theory pattern,which conducts a group counseling by 4-steps operation pattern,including such processes as topic establishment,content choices,developing of programs,implementation of the program and etc. |
