| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种经济实用的基于流媒体技术的家用数字图像监控报警系统的实现方案，该系统以廉价的USB摄像头为图像采集设备，利用作为家庭信息平台中枢的PC机强大的处理能力，采用Windows Media技术对图像进行实时压缩编码和流化，当异常发生时，以流媒体形式对报警图像进行存储和传输，使得用户能远程监控家中的各种警报情况。

| Abstract: | A cheap and powerful digital video monitoring system for home security is proposed in this paper which is based on streaming media technology.It uses a cheap USB camera as video acquisition device.The powerful processing ability of personal computer is used to compress and encode the digital real time video for streaming by using Windows Media technology.When emergency happens,the monitored video will be saved and transmitted in streaming media format,then users can watch the video of their homes remotely. |
