城市建设与可持续发展问题是我们必须面对和共同关心的永恒主题。城市是区城经济、文化的中心，有很强的辐射和示范效应。本文作者在研究信息化建设的基础上，从信息化角度看城市信息化对全面建设小康社会的影响，分析了国内外城市信息化的背景，提出了城市信息化的总体思路和建设内容，以及在实施城市信息化进程中应注意的若干问题。

Advancing City Informatization and Constructing Comparatively Well-off Society

City construction and continuous development is the everlasting subject that we must face and care. A city is the economy and culture center of an area and has radiate and exemplary influence. This paper discusses the affect of city informatization to the comprehensive construction of comparatively well-off society basing on the informatization construction, analyzes the domestic and foreign background of city infonnatization, and accordingly proposes the general idea and content of city informatization, and presents the problems should be considered when implementing the city informatization.
