| 摘 要： | 无线网络技术的发展以及手提终端用户数量的持续增长，使得近年来为移动用户提供人性化服务信道成为可能，并促进了移动电子商务的快速发展(MEC)。与固定在Internet上操作的电子商务相比，由于MEC的特殊性，移动终端和无线网络以及人们使用手提终端环境的限制，使得MEC能在不同的环境中部分地进行操作。在这篇文章中，我们讨论了MEC的交易模型以及与模型相关的问题和环境。

| Abstract: | The developing of wireless network technology and the continuously increasing number of users of hand-heldterminals make it possible to offer personalized services to mobile users and give pace to the rapid development of mobile electronic commerce (MEC). MEC operates partially in a different environment than Internet e-commerce due to the special characteristics and constraints of mobile terminals and wireless networks and the context, situations and circumstances in which people use their hand-held terminals. In this paper, we discuss the business models in MEC and transaction modeling issues for the business models and the environment. |
