| 摘 要： | 移动电子商务是个新兴的市场。发展移动电子商务不仅要注重商业应用推广，注重其理论友其应用的研究，使其进一步成熟完善，也是启动移动电子商务市场的关键。本文主要分析和论述了移动电子商务的基本概念和框架，阐明移动电子商务的基本功能和应用以及发展。
