基于插削实现高精度深内孔长键槽的加工方法

摘    要:在采煤机零件加工中,常常遇到深内孔长键槽的加工,由于精度的要求,用插削的方法很难保证加工质量,用拉削方法又不适宜。本文结合采煤机零件的生产实践,介绍了通过改进插削方法等措施,实现了插削加工高精度深内孔键槽的制造方法,并经生产实践的验证效果很好。

Abstract:Processing of deep holes and long keyways are often seen in a coal iwnning machine's parts elaborating.Because of precision requirements,it is quite difficult to guarantee processing quality by slotting or broach.In this paper,an improved method from produce practice on slotting is introduced to the difficulty.And this method has got a satisfied effect in machine processing.
