| Abstract: | Electric utilities have set the higher requests to their own management level in reform and development processes.Along with the state-owned power plants change their performance management from simple performance appraisal to strategic performance management,they need to construct performance management modes suited for their own characteristics.The application of balanced scorecards,beyond any question,will be the best option to electric utilities. |
