基于PCI-1714测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种高速多功能机车制动测试系统的设计实现过程.以研华公司生产的PCI-1714高速数据采集卡为硬件基础,采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW7编程实现.具有数据测量,波形显示,测试结果存储,输出打印等功能.此测试系统已运用于测试现场,测试结果表明,该测试系统完全满足测试要求,测试系统的精度和稳定性较高,且人机界面友好.

Abstract:Taking PCI-714 high-speed data acquisition card produced by the ADVANTECH as the hardware,using the G-language LabVIEW7 programming realization,this paper presents a multi-purpose high-speed locomotive brake test system design processes and realizes data measure,real time wave display,data storage,output print and so on.This test system has been utilized to the test scene,the testing result shows this test system completely satisfies the test request,the test system precision and the stability are higher and the interface of man-machine is aqreeable.
