摘    要:随着国家及地方对钢铁工业粉尘排放要求的不断提高,浙江某钢铁公司除尘系统存在优化需求,以控制粉尘排放浓度。就该公司原有的1号430m~2烧结整粒除尘系统8 800m~2布袋除尘器改造工程的背景、状况、方案研究及优化设计进行系统分析,并通过优化改造,整粒除尘器颗粒物排放限值满足≤20mg/Nm~3的标准。

Abstract:With the higher requirements about the dust emission in iron and steel industry by national and local government, a certain iron and steel company in Zhejiang Province should optimize tis dedusting system to control the dust emission density.The paper conducts systematic analysis on the background, current situation, option study, and optimization design of the whole particles dedusting system of the original No.1 430m2 sintering machine in this company.Through optimization upgrading, the limited value of whole particles dedusting machine can satisfy the standard of ≤20mg/Nm3.
