某铁矿深部采矿方法优化研究

摘    要:为尽可能提高某铁矿深部开采回采效率,对其进行了综合研究分析。根据矿山的赋存、现阶段开采情况及各底部结构的设计参数,结合采场的高度、深孔凿岩的工程量确定在高度小于40m时采用盘区分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法;当高度大于40m时采用盘区大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填法。底部结构优化后,拉底高度为3.0~3.5m,采场拉底完成后进行深孔施工,出矿效率明显改善。

Abstract:In order to improve the mining and recovery efficiency of the deep part of a certain iron ore as much as possible, the paper conducts comprehensive study and analysis on this mine.According to the occurrence, current mining situation, and design parameters of each bottom structure of the mine, and combining the height of the stope, and the work amount of the borehole drilling, it determines to use sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling with panel section-wise drilling if the height is lower than 40m;when the height is higher than 40m, it uses sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling with panel large diameter deep hole.When the bottom structure is optimized, the undercutting height is 3.0~3.5m.After finalizing the undercutting of the stope, deep construction is conducted.The ore removal efficiency is obviously improved.
