涡流阵列检测裂纹的定量仿真研究

摘    要:通过CIVA软件仿真涡流阵列检测薄板裂纹,基于横向裂纹的空域波形所隐含的长度信息对横向裂纹的长度进行计算。通过CIVA仿真得到感应电压的C扫描图和感应电压空域波形图。依据感应电压空域波形图,分析波形宽度中含有裂纹长度的信息,采用最小二乘法建立裂纹长度与波形宽度的关系式,并进行误差分析。研究结果表明:横向裂纹长度与其对应的空域波形有关,空域波形的宽度随着裂纹的长度的增加而增大;纵向裂纹的空域波形宽度随着裂纹长度的增加而无变化,因此空域波形不包含裂纹的宽度信息;裂纹深度的变化不影响其空域波形的宽度变化。

Abstract:This is the simulation of eddy current array test sheet crack through CIVA software, waveform length information through airspace transverse cracking implied transverse crack length is calculated.The C scan diagram can directly reflect the qualitative defect location.Based on the space wave of the induced voltage, it was analyzed that the waveform width comprised the information of the crack length.The relationship between the crack length and the waveform width was established using the least squares method, and the crack length error between the calculation and the true was analyzed.The studing results showed that crack length relative to it corresponding space waveform width, it space waveform width inceasing with the length of crack adding;Longitudinal axis,s space waveform width do not increasing with the crack's length adding, so information of crack depth without space waveform width;and last the change of crack width can not increasing the changing of the waveform space width.
