铸造钛合金的热氢处理

摘    要:讨论了用热氢处理方法来控制ВТ5Л和ВТ20Л铸造合金的组织及提高其综合力学性能的可能性,热氢处理就是把氢的可逆合金化与对氢化的材料产生热影响结合起来。业已证明,采用通过合理选择氢浓度、渗氢温度、冷却和除气速度条件控制βα转变机理为依据的热氢处理工艺流程,可把粗大的片状铸造组织转变为细小的弥散组织。热氢处理可保证提高合金的强度与塑性,特别是可提高合金的疲劳持久强度。

Abstract:Possibilities for control of structure and increase of mechanical properties of cast titanium alloys VT5L and VT20L by means of thermal hydrotreatment have been discussed. Thermal hydrotreatment is coordination of reversible alloying of hydrogen with thermal influence on hydrogenated materials. It is shown that use of technological process of thermal hydrotreatment on the basis of control of mechanism with rational selection of concentration of hydrogen, temperature of hydrogenation , cooling and degassing velocities may change the macrostructure from platy into dispersion. Thermal hydrotreatment can ensure alloys to increase strength and plasticity , in particular, longevity in the fatigue test.
