| Abstract: | Combining with the problems in the contract management of the construction enterprises,the paper indicates the recognition,the signing,the implementation and supervision of the contracts for the construction enterprises from different stages,and points out some ideas to solve the problems,so as to realize the maximum of the economic benefits of the enterprises. |
