消除非线性误差的阻型传感器测试系统

摘    要:分析了在常用的自动化仪表中,输出电路采用单臂电桥而产生非线性的原因,给出了采用有源电桥消除非线性误差的方法,并讨论了传感器非线性误差校正中采用连续式非线性A/D转换法和数字法相结合,可使测量精度和稳定性达到预定的值。

Abstract:The paper gives an analysis of the cause why non linear errorappears when the wheatstone bridge is applied to the output circuit in universal automation instruments. It also shows that the use of active bridge can eliminate non linear error. The correction of non linear error produced by a sensor is discussed, too, by means of non linear in succession called A/D conversion method to combine with digital processing system, which can make measuring accuracy and stability reach the expected value.
