双四连杆机构增力的气动夹具设计

摘    要:介绍了一种采用四连杆机构增力的气动夹具装置,并详细地分析了增力机构的受力特点,结果表明,这种双四连杆夹紧机构对于夹紧部位空间较小而又需要较大夹紧力的情况特别适用,其压板夹紧力是气缸夹紧力的几十倍。

Abstract:The auther introduces a pneumatic clamping device which is reinforced by a four-link mechanism, and analyses the forced feature of the reinforcing mechanism in details. The result shows that the twin-four-link mechanism clamping system can get less space at the clamping position while the clamping force is much larger, say ,The clamping force of the clamping plates is general decades higher than that of the cylinder.
