Functional properties of Lactobacillus plantarum strains: A multivariate screening study

Abstract:Thirty-two Lactobacillus plantarum strains isolated from different sources were genetically characterized at subspecies level with recA gene based multiplex PCR and pulsed-field electrophoresis.
