| Abstract: | With the opening up of the telecom market and the increasingly abundant telecom businesses, the competition of telecom market becomes severe and the telecom network interconnection becomes close, too. Therefore, as the network interface, GMSC is of greater importance in traffic settlement policy and relay routing management. This paper mainly discusses the GMSC IACHASTA billing application and relay routing traffic management. |
