基于校企合作模式下的高职思想教育工作的创新与改革

当前,校企合作已经成为现代化职业教育实践改革及发展的主要方向,也是高职院校拓展发展空间的基本要求,是高职教育改革必由之路。校企合作模式在改革传统教育模式的同时,也为高职思想教育工作带来了机遇和挑战。针对校企合作模式下,高职院校思想教育工作面临的新机遇及存在的新问题进行了分析,并就校企合作模式下高职思想教育工作的创新及改革途径进行了探索。

Innovation and reform of higher vocational ideology education work based on university-enterprise cooperation mode

At present, university-enterprise cooperation has become the main reform and development direction of modem vocational education, and it is also the basic requirement of higher vocational colleges to expand the development space and is the only way for higher vocational education reform. University-enterprise cooperation pattern reforms the traditional education mode, and at the same time, also brings opportunity and challenge for the higher vocational ideology education. This paper analyzes the new opportunities and the existing problems and explores the innovation and reform ways of higher vocational ideology education under university-enterprise cooperation mode.
