电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锡基巴氏合金中锑和铜

摘    要:锑和铜是影响锡基巴士合金材料性能的两个主要合金元素,是评价锡基巴士合金质量的重要指标,需要对其准确测定。而现有方法存在着测定步骤繁琐、锑和铜不是同时测定而是分别测定等不足。实验用盐酸和过氧化氢溶样,选择231.446 nm和217.582 nm波长的谱线作为锑的分析线,324.752 nm波长谱线作为铜的分析线,在20%盐酸介质中用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了锡基巴氏合金中锑和铜。光谱干扰通过选择不受干扰的谱线作为分析线和采用两点校正法校正而消除,物理干扰采用基体匹配的方法消除。校准曲线的线性关系良好,线性相关系数均不小于0.999 7。锑的测定范围为0.10%~20%(质量分数),铜的测定范围为0.03%~15%(质量分数)。方法用于锡基轴承合金标准样品中的锑和铜的测定,测定值与认定值一致。方法用于测定锡基巴氏合金实际样品,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)小于0.7%。

Abstract:As two main elements that affect the performance of tin-based babbitt alloy, antimony and copper are the key index for evaluating the quanlity of tin-based babbitt alloy. So it is necessary for accurate determination of them, but existing methods have the defects of complex operation process or incapability of simultaneous determination, etc. Copper and antimony in tin-based babbitt alloy were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) in 20% HCl at 231.446 nm and 217.582 nm for antimony and 324.752 nm for copper after the sample was dissolved with HCl and H2O2. Spectral interference was eliminated through selection of the spectral lines free of interference and two-point correction method, while physical interference was eliminated by matrix matching method. The calibration curve showed a fine linear relationship with the correlation coefficient both not less than 0.999 7. The determination range of antimony was 0.10%-20% (mass fraction), and that of copper was 0.03%-15% (mass fraction). The proposed method has been applied to determine antimony and copper in tin-based bearing alloy certified reference materials, whose results were consistent with certified values. The thin-basd babbitt alloy actual sample was determined by this proposed method with relative standard deviation (RSD, n=10) less than 0.7%.
