整合资源,加强高职思政理论课教师与辅导员队伍之间的交流与合作,实施"思教、学工联动,教、学、做合一"的育入模式,是高职思政工作改革的需要,文章分析了高职院校思政课教师与辅导员队伍交流现状,并以长沙民政职业技术学院的探索和实践为基础,积极探索高职院校思政课教师与辅导员队伍联动机制。
