| 摘 要： | 重点介绍ADI公司生产的专用DDS(Direct Digital Synthesize)r芯片AD9913的内部结构及原理功能,深入研究其结构特点,并在此基础上给出一个基于AD9913的FM/PM信号源的设计方案,该方案具有较高的精度和频率范围,可较好地满足工程设计中的各种要求。
