| 摘 要： | 粉状炸药连续生产工艺中,需控制油相流量跟随硝酸铵的流量变化以达到产品的质量要求。采用专家控制与PID控制相结合的控制策略来控制流量,具有反应速度快、稳定性好和控制精度高的特点,并且对于输送过程操作参数的变化具有较强的适应性,实现了流量的在线自动控制。现场运行结果表明了专家PID控制方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | To meet the quality standard,the flux of oil needs to follow the flux of ammonium nitrate in the powdery explosive product line.Expert control intigrated with PID control is used in the flux control strategy.This strategy has some characteristics,such as fast response,high stability,high control precision,and it can adjust the control effect while the parameters of this system are changed.The autocontrol of flux is realized.This paper lays the foundation of using gas transportation in powdery explosive product line.The result shows feasibility and efficiency of the method. |
