七种天蚕蛾科昆虫卵壳气孔的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:应用扫描电镜观察了七种天蚕蛾科昆虫卵的气孔结构,发现在柞蚕Antheraeapernyi和天蚕A.yamamai的大型围壁式气孔及樟蚕Eriogyna pyretorum的气孔(无围壁)中均存在着一个特殊的档板样结构,而在天蚕的小型围壁式气孔以及绿尾大蚕蛾Actias selene、樗蚕Philosamia cynthia、蓖麻蚕P.cynthia ricina、栗蚕Dictyoplocajaponica的气孔中则无类似结构。这一结构在国内外尚乏明确、详尽记载。该档板样结构似乎仅存在于开口较大的气孔通道内,根据其超微结构和气孔实际开口状况,很可能是一种控制气孔开闭程度的调节机构,在大型昆虫卵胚胎发育期间的呼吸中起着重要的作用。

Abstract:The aeropyle structure of scven saturniid species was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results in-dicated that there was a shield structure in the aeropyles with high crown of Antheraea pernyi and A. yamamai and the aeropyle without crown of Friogyna pyretorum. There was no similar structure in the aeropyle with low crown of A. Yamamai,the aeropyle with cavity of Actias selene, the simple aeropyles without crown and cavity of Philosamia cynthia,P, cynthia ricina andDictyoploca japonica. It is a very interesting case which hasn't been reported clearly nor in detail. This shield structure seems to exist in the aeropyle with larger opening, According to the ultrastructure and opening degree of the aeropyle ,the authors incline to think that this shield structure may be a regulative device to control the degree of opening or shutting and perform an important function in res-piration of larger egg during embryogenesis.
