复合尾矿废渣微晶玻璃析晶性能的研究

摘    要:以钢渣、铜尾矿、粉煤灰及砂岩为主要原料, 添加少量Fe2O3和Cr2O3作为复合晶核剂, 以CaO-Al2O3-SiO2三元系、透辉石为主晶相, 采用非均匀成核制得复合尾矿微晶玻璃建筑装饰材料。利用差热分析方法(DTA)制定了复合尾矿废渣微晶玻璃的热处理制度, 采用XRD和SEM方法研究了复合尾矿废渣微晶玻璃的析晶性能。结果表明, 晶化温度在710和720 ℃时, 微晶玻璃处于分相状态, 没有晶体析出; 而晶化温度在800 ℃时, 玻璃相已成为絮状晶粒结构, 析出适量透辉石晶体。

Abstract:The building material of multi-tailings glass-ceramics was prepared by heterogeneous nucleation method with steel slags,copper tailings,fly ash and sandstone as raw materials,Fe2O3 and Cr2O3 as nucleation agents and CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system and diopside as principal crystalline phases.Heat treatment system for the glass-ceramics was established by differential thermal analysis(DTA).The crystallization property of the glass-ceramics was investigated by XRD and SEM.The results showed that the glass-ceramics was ...
