摘    要:校园网络安全事件频发,安全问题严重。如何确保各校园网络的安全运营,更好地为教学和科研服务,成为各大院校十分关注的问题。安全应急响应系统是解决校园网络安全问题的有效途径。分析了校园网络环境的特点和安全风险,明确了什么是应急响应,指出了校园网络安全应急响应系统的主要功能、服务对象和服务内容,结合实践重点探讨了如何设计并实现校园网络安全应急响应系统。

Abstract:The security events often happen and the security problems become serious in campus networks. It has become a public concern that how to secure the running of these campus networks and provide better services for education and science research. Computer emergency response system is an efficient way to solve security problems in campus networks. This paper analyses the environmental features and the security risk of campus networks, explains what is emergency response. The main function,serving objects and content of emergency response system in campus networks is pointed out then. To be important, with the practical exploration, it is discussed that how to design and implement an efficient emergency response system in campus networks.
