摘 要: | 采用苛化技术对乙烯生产中的废碱液进行了再生研究,考察了影响再生效果的各种条件因素。当苛化反应温度大于80℃、反应时间超过2h、n(CaO)/n(Na2CO3)=1 1/1时,Na2CO3的转化率可在90%以上,并且再生碱液的物理性质以及再生碱液对CO2吸收速率与新鲜碱液基本相同。

Regeneration of Spent Caustic from Ethylene Plant by Cauticization |

Abstract: | Causticization was adopted to regenerate spent caustic of ethylene plant Various conditions which affect regeneration efficiency, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, and stoichiometric ratio of CaO and Na2CO3, were investigated When temperature of causticization was higher than 80 ℃, reaction time over 120 min, and stoichiometric ratio 11/1, causticizing conversion was above 90% Regenerated caustic had approximately the same physical properties and adsorption rate of CO2 as fresh caustic |
